A Letter from
George Lewis
Dear Ron & Bozena,
Let me take this opportunity to thank you for your fine work in getting my
house in Venice sold. It had been on the market for three (3) years, with a
series of different Realtors, none of whom impressed me with their
aggressiveness or professionalism, unfortunately. After reading an article
in Business Monday section of the Sarasota Herald Tribune some months ago, I
called your boss, Matt, talked with him about the nature of the "short
sale", learned some things from that conversation and asked him to find me a
very sharp and professional Realtor. An hour later I received a call from
Ron. What a good fortune!
My wife and I arranged a meeting with Ron & and you, Bozena and were
favorably impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the two of
you. We gladly signed the listing agreement with you. It wasn't long after
that that Ron called us to tell us there was an offer. After some delays on
the part of the bank and some issues with the prospective buyer, Ron
notified us that we had a deal and gave us the date of closing. The closing
went like clockwork; as had been indicated earlier, there was to be no
deficiency judgment against us. We were free!
In retrospect, although the two of you were not the selling agents, as the
listing agents you did your work quietly and efficiently behind the scenes
enabling that deal to go through. We were so impressed by how professional
you both were, as well as so friendly and courteous that we have felt moved
to recommend you to friends and acquaintances. It has been a pleasure to
